Our dedicated team of instructors is here to guide and motivate you every step of the way. Located in Millcreek, our fitness studio provides a welcoming and supportive environment for residents of Utah to give priority to their health and wellness. Running, jumping and doing burpees are fun, but they can be tough on your joints. Join our studio to find exercises that can be gentle on your joints while still providing a great workout with the intensity needed to get the results you want. If you miss that exciting feeling without the joint strain, Obsidian® Fitness is perfect for you! Our slide board workout is gentle on your body while still giving you an intense workout that is fun. With a focus on strength training, cardio conditioning and core strengthening, we made our programs to suit your specific needs and preferences. Our studio offers catered training for individuals 50 and over.
